1. Unwanted Item Return
A return authorization number is required to return merchandise. Please note : Returns will not be accpeted without an Return Authorization number.
After deciding upon your options, contact our Customer Service Department within the time period specified to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us with your order number, name, full contact details, and the model number and quantity of the product you would like to return.
Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
If you return some/all of the items in your original shipment and the total order amount falls below the minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost for remaining items since the order is no longer eligible for Free Shipping.
Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted returns.
Refunds for unwanted items will be made in Hikoreanfashion Credit Only and will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in original condition by Hikoreanfashion.com.
2. Size Exchange
2-1. Please contact us prior to returning of the item/s within 7 days after receiving your item.
Kindly specify the following info:
a. Name of the item/s that will be returned.
b. Return reason
c. Your request (Whether it's for and EXCHANGE or REFUND)
If you want us to help you get the proper size, then let us know your weight and height too!
2-2 . Please put the items in its original bag or a box and they should be non-used condition.
Don't forget to put a memo with the order number, return reason and request in package.
(If the retunr of the item is incompliant with our return policy, the item will be forwarded back to the sender regrettably)
2-3. Please find out the cheapest way to ship out the item to us.
It doesn't matter how long it takes to receive your item here.
I regret to inform you that we can't shoulder your return fee but we will reship out the exchange free of charge for you and i hope this will satisfy you.
Return fee will be the buyer's responsibility unless the reason for return is due to the
- We recommended the wrong size
- Item is defective
- We sent a wrong size, color or size.
2-4. You need to show a copy of return receipt so that we can confirm your return.
Please take a picture of your return receipt and attach it to your message.
If you don't show it to us, your request could be fulfilled later than usual.
So please make sure that you show it to us!
2-5. We will issue a refund or ship out the exchange after we confirm that the return package is returned to us without problem.
Lastly, I feel sorry that you will have to return the item.

3. Defective Item Exchange
A return authorization number is required to exchange defective merchandise.
Please be prepared to provide pictures of the damaged product and email us at email@example.com with your order number, name, full contact details, and the model number which you want to exchange.
Hikoreanfashion Customer Service will assist you case by case at your convenience.
4. Unopened Item Return
Refunds for unopened items will be made in Hikoreanfashion Credit Only and will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in original condition by Hikoreanfashion.com.
If a customer wants to receive original shipment again, the re-shipping fee needs to be paid first.
If a customer does not want to receive original shipment, the refunds will be made in Hikoreanfashion Credit Only and will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in original condition by Hikoreanfashion.com.
•When the refunds are made in Hikoreanfashion Credit, the original order was shipped as FREE SHIPPING, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refunds.
5. Cancellations or Add Items
If you have placed an order and decided that you would like to cacel the order or would like to add more items, we will accept your cancellation up to 24 hours from when the order was placed ,and request to add items will be acceptable before 1 day of shipping.
